2009 Kiwanis Award

The 2009 Kiwanis Club "Morris Kaplan Caring and Sharing Award" was presented to Lieutenant Andre Massey on Thursday March 19, 2009.

Lt. Massey has worked at the department since 1987, serving as a patrol officer, a Sergeant on patrol, a Lieutenant on Patrol, and was recently transferred to Criminal Investigations as a Lieutenant.
